Our qualified engineers are experts at delivering solutions for the quick recovery of your energy facilities and are experienced to tend to various home emergency situations.

We are focused on delivering efficient and effective solutions for home emergencies. Our expert team, on the basis of its extensive knowledge and experience, deploy adequate resources and conduct all the relevant procedures to solve a variety of emergency problems, ranging from boiler breakdowns to leaking roofs.


We have continually built on the foundations of this core business to ensure we are a market leader in Reactive Maintenance by investing in state-of-the art IT system technology throughout our business streams to give clients full reporting information and audit trail of the works we do for them.

This service is delivered by our directly employed, trained and skilled workforce. We are available 24/7 365 days a year- including Christmas Day.

Every day our mobile workforce is supported by our team of managers, supervisors and planners using our state-of-the-art systems to link field operations with our business centres throughout the South/South west

Our workforce comprises all construction trades and we ensure that our workforce is: DRB checked, fully qualified and trained in all aspects of customer service and safety management.

At the customer premises, our trade staff will always:

  • Arrive at the agreed time
  • Be in a clean, UK Solutions Group Ltd branded van
  • Park their van considerately
  • Present their ID badge to the customer
  • Wear UK Solutions Group Ltd branded uniforms
  • Be respectful, polite, clear and can-do
  • Keep everyone safe
  • Do a professional standard job
  • Ensure that the customer is informed of the job progress
  • Clean-up
  • Inform the customer of the job outcome and any next steps

UK Solutions Group Ltd is an approved contractor providing emergency response to make buildings safe 24/7 365 days a year. Additionally, it follows on from the initial emergency to undertake: general repairs, disaster restoration and general residential restoration works.

UKS Group Ltd works in partnership with major PLC facilities managers and household property insurers to deliver these services.

We appreciate that insurance is a highly regulated and measured area of our work and requires a particular expertise in resource management and provision of our multi-skilled, experienced and mobile trade teams.

Our systems enable us to efficiently handle all administration and document handling (including site photographs) relating to the timely processing of insurance claims.

UK Solutions Group Ltd have varied SLA’s and response times with our clients dependent upon the site criticality and service disruption be it H&S, life or non-urgent.

Emergency / Priority 1 Calls

  • Task allocated to closest engineer to site identified through tracker – skill-matched/ multi-skilled where possible.

Priority 2 Calls

  • Task allocated to closest skill-matched cleared, engineer identified through tracker

All other Priority Calls

  • Task allocated to skill-matched engineer allocated within SLA or task incorporated with PPM

24/7 multi-site service delivery is the core competence of Integral. We ensure that engineering resource is available to all clients we support at any time, 7 days a week.
